Robert J. Levin

Mr. Levin is responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs. He has over twenty years of experience advising companies that own, acquire, develop, license, sell and use technology as the core of their business. Mr. Levin has led or been involved in a wide range of strategic initiatives and transactions not only as a lawyer but also as a corporate executive.

Mr. Levin joined Applied Communication Sciences from the national law firm Lowenstein Sandler where he represented technology companies from formation through disposition. Previously, Mr. Levin was Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the executive leadership team at Sarnoff Corporation, a provider of diversified technology research, services and products to U.S. government agencies and commercial customers. Prior to joining Sarnoff, Mr. Levin had executive and legal responsibilities at Iridian Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet.

Mr. Levin currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and General Counsel at the New Jersey Technology Solutions Center, a non-profit “public-private partnership” dedicated to cultivating high-technology jobs in the State of New Jersey.  He is also a member of the Board of Overseers of New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Mr. Levin holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law.
